We had a great time at Alex’s place!! The location was perfect!! So close to the beach and a healthy walk (about 20 min, but we walk slow) to Main Street. There were 10 of us, 8 adults, a 12 year old and 2-1/2 year old. Alex had plenty of beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and sand toys (much appreciated)!! The house was very clean, we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the large dining room table that seated all of us for meals or games at night. The front porch had a large table and plenty of seating too, which we also enjoyed!! There’s a great fenced yard that my 2-1/2 year old granddaughter could run around in. The beds were all comfortable. We would definitely be back if we could round everyone up again!! I think I saw some people comment about it being a duplex. Never would have known it. We did see the neighbors a couple times, coming and going, but never heard them. No concerns there! Alex was quick to respond to a couple questions I had and was kind enough to stop by to help my daughter close down the place.

Our family of 9 was very pleased with this home. We were very impressed by the kitchen and the quality of the cookware, dishes, etc. The only addition I would recommend is a lobster cracking set. The beds were all very comfortable. Having 2 full bathrooms upstairs made it very easy for multiple people to shower after a perfect day at the beach or exploring the Cape. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great quality and it was so helpful to have a rolling cart to carry it all to the beach. Such an easy walk to one beach and a quick drive to Kalmus Beach (which had an amazing snack bar). The backyard/deck area was perfect for a large group to enjoy dinner outside or play in the grassy area. The off street parking for multiple cars was also very convenient. Alex was very responsive when needed and even called us to let us know the home was ready a little early for check in. It was a perfect week for the entire family. Thank you so much.
This was a great location close to beach and Main Street. Fenced in yard was key with small children and dog. The house was very spacious as well.
Very clean comfortable place across the road from the beach in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the Skipper Restaurant (very good food - including good salads for my vegan friends - and we loved the ice cream). Close to lots of activities for the kids (ages 1 1/2 to 9). The ocean was warm and it was either calm or had small waves so the young kids who had never been to the ocean loved it. There are a lot of rocks, so I suggest wearing water shoes. One day we got fresh fish and (gluten free!) stuffed clams at nearby Andrea's West Yarmouth Fish & Lobster. Some of us drove to P-Town, went to the National Seashore, and saw a lot of whales breeching on a whale watching tour.
The manager/owner came right away to help us unlock a door that the kids locked by mistake.
Wonderful property, close to the beach, restaurants and stores in Hyannis. There was something for everyone.
My family and I recently stayed at this property for a family vacation. The house is exactly as pictured online. We were 6 adults and three children (ages 10 to 15). The house was perfect for us. I loved the master bedroom and bath on the main floor. The house has a fenced in yard with deck and barbecue. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic necessities and linens, bath and beach towels were provided. There was also beach chairs for us to use. The beach was a short walk from the house. Downtown Hyannis was a little further but still walkable. Alex and Valentina were wonderful hosts. It was a pleasure working with them and meeting them. They were very reachable, always answering any questions we had. They also provided us with so much information about the area. We had a wonderful time and if you are planning a trip to this area, I would highly recommend this home
We really enjoyed our stay. Clean house, good location. Kids were easily able to walk to the beach. The owner communicated well and we had no issues during our stay.

Wonderful location - an easy 5 minute stroll to Keyes Beach, and they even provide a beach buggy/swim towels/swim chairs/sand toys-- really helpful if you're flying in and can't bring those items with you! We stay at a lot of, and this one has got to be one of the most clean and most well-appointed. Highly recommend.

Eight of my family gathered to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. The house is exactly as described. The living room has plenty of seating and the kitchen table could easily sit 10. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a washer and dryer. In addition to the master bath, there is another half bath downstairs as well as two full baths upstairs with the 4 bedrooms. The location is perfect; only a couple of blocks to the beach and less than a mile to town. Alex is a very responsive host. This is a great place to spend some time.
As a family of seven, we were relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. The house was spacious with the perfect layout for our group. We loved that we could walk to multiple beaches. Plus , we were close to Main Street for shops and restaurants.
The location was within walking distance to the beach. House was spacious, clean, and well equipped for our family. We had 2 dogs and 2 children and the fenced in back yard was perfect. 5 minutes to downtown Hyannis with all of the restaurants and stores. The hosts, Alex and Val, were very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We went in April, but this would be a great place to stay during the summer. Highly, highly recommend!
Our friends loved the property and location! The renting process was easy and the property managers were fantastic. Would definitely recommend to a group looking to stay in the Cape Cod area!
The property was everything advertised. We had 4 generations and everyone had space. Bring across from the beach was great for family walks. Also our dog loved the beach. My grandchildren enjoyed the park and swings. Also family trip to the Pirate Museum on a rainy day was fun for all. Alex was great. We run our our VRBO and know the work that goes into making a great experience. Alex made our stay fantastic. !!
The property was great for our trip. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, and close to downtown Hyannis (or the beach, if it were warmer). Everything we would need was provided, from towels to linens to dishware and silverware. Would certainly rent again.
Absolutely loved our stay here! This house is gorgeous, has everything and it’s the perfect location. Right down the street from the water and Main St. Alex and Valentina were so kind and went above and beyond to accommodate us! We are so appreciative of their thoughtfulness. Would highly recommend for your next Cape trip!
My husband, two kids, and their significant others spent the weekend of my other son/ their brother’s wedding at this beautiful house. It was a perfect place with open space, room to gather for breakfast and a big tv for a post- wedding day of sports. We now want to come back in the summer and enjoy the proximity to the beach. Perfect weekend, perfect place.
This house ticked all the boxes of our needs. Very clean and super close to the ocean, well stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, pots, pans and tons of plates!) which is important to us because we like to cook and eat in (save money!) Great refrigerator with ice machine and water in the door. Beds were super comfortable and, according to Google, 11 minutes away from many things! (Rt 28 is super close) We loved being able to walk right across the street to the ocean. Easy to catch the sun rises and sun sets over the sea. Nice deck out back where we had our morning tea/coffee... We lucked out with stunning weather the first week in October.... Great neighborhood for jogging, too. There were 6 of us ranging from 32-88 and everyone was comfortable. We could gather or be in our own spaces.

This is the ideal property for our family. (We are repeat customers 😊) Beach right across the street and backyard outdoor space for eating and hanging out. The owner is very helpful with anything special we might need. The home is very clean and living areas (kitchen, living room, dining) are very spacious and comfortable. The design worked perfect, as our oldest daughter and her family (with baby) stayed at one end of the home and my husband and I and our other daughter stayed upstairs on the other end of the house. It was very quiet- worked out great! We are already looking forward to next year!
